Permissions follow the workspace
Results only include Groups and DMs you already belong to. Search does not bypass membership.

Export
You can open and copy a result you can already see. There is no bulk “export the whole index” from search.

Attachment types
Text-like files (PDF, docs) are the reliable case. Scanned images and some binary formats may not be fully indexed yet.
