How does yearly billing work?
Standard is $8 USD per user / month when billed yearly ($96/year) — 20% off $10 monthly. Enterprise is $16 USD per user / month when billed yearly ($192/year) — 20% off $20 monthly. You can switch between monthly and yearly any time.
Do we pay for accounts that are not being used?
No. We only bill members who take an action in FabricLoop during a 28-day period. If someone you already paid for becomes inactive, we credit the unused time.
What happens when we add users?
New seats are prorated for the rest of the billing period.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits, education, or startups?
Yes. Qualified nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and startups get 50% off the annual Standard plan. Contact us to get started.
How can I pay?
Start on Free with no credit card. Standard and Enterprise are billed per user by card. Annual plans can be invoiced.
How do I get support?
Message us in FabricLoop. Support through messaging is included on every plan — no separate ticket system to learn.
Is our data secure?
FabricLoop uses encryption in transit and at rest. Enterprise includes SSO/SAML, audit logs, custom data retention, and an admin console.

How agent model billing works

Seat price covers the workspace. Agent costs are separate and scale with what the agent actually does — comparable to running that same model directly, whether it is summarizing one thread or drafting updates across a whole workspace. Agents can use Anthropic’s Haiku, Sonnet, or Opus, or OpenAI’s GPT-5.6 tiers — Sol, Terra, and Luna — chosen automatically based on the work. We bill you the model costs directly, at the same rate the provider charges us. Free includes test-only credits so you can try Loop Agent and MCP without production spend. On Standard and Enterprise, production agent usage is billed as you go and visible in settings, and you can set spending limits at any time; contact us if you want to discuss volume pricing.
